JOHN SMITH, MD

Dr. Smith previously served as Chief of Staff for 12 years for Conway Regional Medical Center and Chief of Family Practice. He also served on the hospital Board of Directors for 12 years. Dr. Smith is a retired Major in the U.S. Army Reserve. For 10 years Dr. Smith served as Team Physician for Conway High School and 27 years for the University of Central Arkansas. He is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Arkansas Medical Society. Dr. Smith and his wife, Carla, have two children and five grandchildren. They attend Antioch Baptist Church in Conway.

LANDER SMITH, MD

Smith has served as Founding President of the Conway Regional Physician Organization, has served as Chief of Staff for Conway Regional Medical Center and past member of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Smith and his wife Suzanne have three children. He attends Woodland Heights Baptist Church in Conway.

CALEB DICKSON, MD

Dr. Dickson joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2018. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 and then completed his medical school education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at AHEC NE in Jonesboro, AR. He is board-certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians. He and his wife have two sons. Dr. Dickson spends his time away from the clinic outdoors hunting and fishing.  He and his family attend Second Baptist Church in Conway.

JAMES FULMER, MD

College: University of Central Arkansas

Medical School: University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences

Residency: Family Medicine at the AHEC in Little Rock

Dr. James Fulmer joins Banister-Lieblong Clinic after serving the Conway area for the past decade in Greenbrier and at Conway Regional. He is a lifelong Conway resident, graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a Masters in Biology, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2010. He completed residency training in Family Medicine at the AHEC in Little Rock. He and his wife have a daughter and son, and he enjoys time with family when he is away from work.

Donnie Kulbeth joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2008. Before joining Banister-Lieblong Clinic Donnie worked in the Pediatric setting. Donnie volunteers in our community to provide sports physicals to local public schools and colleges in Conway and surrounding areas. Donnie and his wife Lori have two sons and are members at Central Baptist Church.

CRAIG CUMMINS, MD

Dr. Cummins is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.  Dr. Cummins has served on the Board of Conway Regional Rehab Hospital, Chief of Primary Care at Conway Regional Medical Center, served as a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Conway Regional Medical Center and has served on the Board of K-Life.  Dr. Cummins has served on a medical mission to Haiti. Dr. Cummins enjoys hunting, golfing and exercising.  He and his wife, Dana, have three children, two sons, and a daughter. Dr. Cummins also has 2 grandchildren.  He attends First Baptist Church in Conway.

DAVID NAYLOR, JR., MD

College: University of Central Arkansas

Residency: Area Health Education Center, Texarkana

Dr. Naylor has currently served for 16 years on the Conway Regional Physician Hospital Organization and is a past president. He has been the team physician for Conway High School for 19 years. Dr. Naylor and his wife Cindy have two sons. He is very active in our community and enjoys watching his sons play football, baseball, and basketball. Dr. Naylor and his family attend New Life Church in Conway.

THAD HARDIN, MD

College: U of A, Fayetteville

Residency: Family Medicine, Arkansas Health Education Center-Northeast in Jonesboro

He is board-certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Hardin has a particular interest in diabetes care. He and his wife have two sons.  Dr. Hardin is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. They attend Antioch Baptist Church in Conway.

BOBIE JO WIDDERS, MD

College: Lyon College

Dr. Widders aka "Dr. Bob" joined Banister-Lieblong clinic in 2023. She graduated from Lyon College in 2015 where she competed for the golf team throughout her college career. While completing her residency in 2023, she served as a Chief Resident at the Baptist Health-UAMS Clinic in North Little Rock. Dr. Widders has always had a heart for helping others. She has been on medical mission trips to Belize, Haiti, Africa, and is looking forward to more in the future. She and her husband have two dogs. Dr. Widders enjoys spending time with family and supporting University of Central Arkansas Athletics, where her husband is an Assistant Basketball Coach.

NATALIE BROWND, APN

College: UCA

Graduate School: UCA

Natalie Brownd joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2015. Before joining Banister-Lieblong Clinic, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Conway Regional Medical Center for 4.5 years. Natalie was born and raised in Conway and received both graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. She completed her Advanced Nurse Practitioner studies in December 2014. She works part-time at the clinic and devotes the rest of her time to raising her children. She and her husband have two kids (ages 5, 2.5) and a dog.
