Craig Cummins, MD

Bio: 

Dr. Cummins grew up in Conway, Arkansas where he graduated from the University of Central Arkansas.  He graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1985.  He completed his residency in Family Medicine in Pine Bluff, Arkansas AHEC.  He began practicing in Texarkana in 1988 until 1993 when relocated back to his home town of Conway.    Dr. Cummins is Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.  Dr. Cummins has served on the Board of Conway Regional Rehab Hospital, Chief of Primary Care at Conway Regional Medical Center, served as member of the Medical Executive Committee at Conway Regional Medical Center, and has served on the Board of K-Life.  Dr. Cummins has served on a medical mission to Haiti. Dr. Cummins enjoys hunting, golfing and exercising.   He and his wife, Dana, have three children, two sons and a daughter.  He attends First Baptist Church in Conway.
